Our client, a leading contractor in the Oil & Gas sector, is currently seeking a Field Service Co-ordinator with expertise in subsea operations. This contract role entails organising and dispatching personnel to various service locations to meet both customer and company requirements safely and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating the offshore scheduling system with forecasted and actual data
- Managing the Field Deployment Platform system
- Booking flights and accommodation for offshore personnel
- Processing all travel and third-party invoices
- Ordering field teams' PPE through the SAP system
- Maintaining holiday records for the field service team
- Accountable for all field service technicians within given countries
- Booking all mandatory, project-specific, and third-party training courses
- Obtaining all visa and country requirements as requested by the workforce coordinator
- Completing payroll monthly as part of a rota system
- Managing assigned technicians' expenses to ensure compliance with company policy
- Organising vaccinations and country-specific medications
- Submitting utilisation reports to the PSD Manager twice a month
- Preparing supporting business letters for technicians
- Inducting new-start technicians
Job Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Previous experience in personnel planning and execution
- Effective communication skills
- SAP experience is advantageous
